We accept your files via email (Keep files under 10MB), CD, DVD, FTP. If submitting via  FTP, please compress all files into 1 final folder and name accordingly. Convert all fonts to outlines or supply all fonts used. Please also include an exported PDF.

File Formats

High Res and Multi-layered Pdf files are recommended and preferred.We accept file formats from the latest Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Please be sure to include all native layout files, links and fonts. Any unrelated artwork should not be included. Supply files with linked images and logos, etc, as opposed to embedded images. Files with embedded images are generally inefficient to handle, difficult to separate, colour correct and become problematic.

Images

Please use images in at least 200 dpi at plan size (refer to illustration).

Colours

CMYK. Please indicate any spot colours used (Eg. PMS colours) in the artwork.

Proof

If accurate colour is required, please supply an industry standard proof to colour match to.

Artwork Dimensions

Plan Size: 400mm X 200mm (Please supply 5mm bleed - refer to illustration)
Final Printed Size:  800mm X 400mm
Final Safe Copy Area:   790mm X 390mm (Our frames cover 5mm of our panels on all sides)

Substrate

Class 1 Reflective (Prismatic): Printed on a premium reflective vinyl. The vinyl is mounted to 3.3mm corflute.
Class 2 Reflective (Glass Bead): Printed on a reflective vinyl. The vinyl is mounted to 3.3mm corflute.
Standard:Printed directly on to 3.3mm corflute.
